Lined Pipes

PTFE-internally coated pipes are designed to transport chemical, corrosive or high-cleanliness fluids, where the coating provides high chemical resistance and isolates the fluid from the pipe material (which is not resistant). The pipes are usually made from a metallic base pipe, such as carbon steel or stainless steel, with an internal PTFE coating, depending on the pressure, temperature and type of fluid, which can leads to a demand for Anti-Static coating too. The main parameters for selection: the type of PTFE, diameter, working pressure and temperature, the base pipe material, the type of connections and the resistance of the coating to permeation. We can supply such pipes up to a diameter of 24" and a length of up to 6 meters.
